Refund policy

We appreciate your business! The success of nursery stock depends on conditions beyond our control.

Warranty:
● We warranty all nursery stock, perennials, grasses, and ground covers with a seasonal warranty.
A seasonal warranty is from the time of purchase until the end of the calendar year.
● Upon the return of dead plant material and presentation of the receipt, you will be issued a one-time-only credit in the form of gift card or credit for the original amount the plant was purchased for. This credit can be applied to any other regular priced item. Plant material purchased with the
issued credit will not be covered under warranty. We will not be held liable for any amount greater than the original purchase price.

Warranty exceptions:
● Annuals, houseplants, and water plants are not warrantied.
● We will not be held responsible for animal damage, acts of nature, chemical or fertilizer misuse.
Returns or Exchanges:
● Live plant material must be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of purchase, and must be in
their original good health. In no circumstance will an exchange or return be approved if plant
material has been previously planted.
● Supporting products must be exchanged or returned within 7 calendar days for a full refund.
Thereafter, a store credit will be issued only if approved by the manager.
Items placed on hold for pickup:
● Product may be placed on hold for later pickup. However, the product must be fully paid and
picked up within 7 calendar days. Unless otherwise approved by the manager.
